Dale Noles, President

Dale Noles is the President of The Selon Group, which had its start in 2004. His firm supports Small Businesses, Corporations and Entrepreneurs or a combination of these by offering improved Brand recognition, a strong Web presence, streamlined systems, and back office support.

His background includes corporate training, MIS, marketing, advertising, print and radio media. Dale has been instrumental in writing, implementing and supporting certain software packages for some of the largest non-profit organizations in the United States. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of ezine construction/distribution, web production, SEO, and graphic design. The ads that he has designed have appeared in several different national magazines and newspapers.

He is also the President of Virtual Accuracy Companies, which has been in existence since 1998. This company started as a support to Business Coaches and has proved to be a strong resource for other companies, as well.

The last nine years in business, Dale’s main focus has been on website development, eCommerce and implementation of automated online systems. Recently he has gained interest in Open Source programming to utilize a more robust suite of systems for far less than the typical software packages. The end result is a streamlined business through administrative, executive and technical support.

Dale packed up his business and family to move back to their home state of Pennsylvania in November 2006 where they continue to offer the stellar support they have always provided. Dale states, "The joys in my life include my family, my faith and helping other business owners succeed. It is one thing to make a viable business for yourself, but there is a particular joy in helping another business succeed and grow!"
